About 6 months has passed since our escrow has closed, and I have moved in to our new home. Clearly enough time has gone by for me (J.W.) to reflect on the entire
process. For those of you who are looking to buy a home do not expect your realtor to pick a rabbit out of the hat. You must do your homework by getting into the car and drive, drive, & than drive some more. After you have done that much for yourselves than Chandra, comes into action, & I do mean she flies into the action mode. Even under trying times I know that Chandra, has given of herself with out any complaints or excuses. One of the attributes that I admire about Chandra, is that she is always trying to learn more about real estate, & the financial world.
Without hardship I could go on for hours talking about the positives of Chandra.
Suffice is to say that you as the home buyer have acquired one of the best realtors in
Oregon. For you to be able to find a better realtor for yourselves you need to be able to pull that rabbit out of the hat. To borrow a line from a well known commerical
