I’ve always been an out of the box thinker and recently I came across a new and innovative way to sell homes, with a seller that will allow me 1 month to list the property, for the same commission as a normal broker, but selling the house in half the time. I’ve spent a lot of time doing open houses for my sellers and bringing in, maybe 5 buyers in a 4 hour period of time. I’ve also spent 2 days from 10am-4pm Saturday and Sunday, bringing 50-100 buyers into a home, with this new, innovative and exciting idea. This event is for you if:
1) You’re willing to let the market and who’s buying, show us what your house is worth. (You’re not binded to the bidding price)
2) You’re interested in trying something different.
3) You’re willing to open your house to me and several buyers, for 2 days from 10am-4pm Saturday and Sunday for one weekend.
4) You’re willing to pay the normal 6% commission, if I do sell your property.

Basically, Highest Bidder Auction, utilizes an accelerated marketing method to sell your home. The starting bid is usually much lower than the house is worth/ comparables. This creates an “outbid process” that we’ll use in order to obtain the highest possible bid. Within the many ways i’ll market this event, i have 20-25 RED BOLD signs, i will be using to get buyers to your house. We will be using a particular tactic in order to get buyers to offer what they think the house is worth.
