Chaundra Johnson ~Realtor~

INTRODUCTION:

My name is Chaundra Johnson and I started my job as a Real estate broker back in March 2009.
Areas I travel to:
**Willamette Valley and Surrounding areas              **Central Oregon and Surrounding areas
My profession began in Albany, Or. I was a full time Mom to my incredible kids and have met almost all my clients through them. I decided to start my career as a Real Estate Broker because I’m very outgoing and being able to deal with new people every day was incredibly exciting for me.  Little did I know, I would completely enjoy my new career and new found freedom to be the Mom I wanted to be. My daughter made a book about me the other day that said “Mommy’s favorite thing to do is…” “work”. That refreshed my perspective about what’s important and what can wait.   Albany has taught me a lot about family and how important it is to be involved with your kids while they’re growing up. When I’m not working, I’m consumed with them. Recently, I made a change in my position to expand my areas of capability to Bend, Oregon as well.  I grew up in Bend from about age 5 to age 21. I enjoy it entirely and love to be there, so that’s why i expanded my profession to the area.  My primary passion is being a Buyer’s Broker, but I encourage myself to go beyond comfort and push myself to be more then who I want to be.~
Buyers: My services are considered “Free”, but i will always devote my time to your deal as if you were paying me millions!
Sellers: My services at 6%, will assure you an incredible amount of marketing and even more intense work at keeping deals together!
